Madame Blue will make every effort to deliver the order within an average of 72 hours and a maximum of 30 working days from the day following the confirmation of the order by the Purchaser. During private sale, sale or outlet sale periods: this delivery time may be extended.
In case of delay, the responsibility Madame Blue could not be committed and for any reason whatsoever. Therefore, no claim of any nature whatsoever, can be claimed by Madame Blue.
Delivery is at the charge of the Purchaser and depend on the country of delivery. Costs will be specified to the client on the confirmation of the order.
The purchased goods will be delivered by mail or parcel service. For deliveries outside the E.U.: the customer is responsible for import-duties in his or her country. Please contact your local tax-office.
The Products ordered by the Purchaser are delivered to the address indicated by the Purchaser on the definitive confirmation page for his order, accompanied by a delivery slip. The Purchaser can have the Products delivered to an address other than his own. Delivery will not be guaranteed in the case of force majeure or industrial action by the transportation and/or postal services.
The articles are delivered subject to available stocks. Should the product ordered be unavailable, Madame Blue will honour the order for the other products. The Customer will only be invoiced for the products actually dispatched.
It is up to the user to keep any proof of this return and its date. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. If it is an exchange, new shipping can be charged to the customer.
The Purchaser has 14 days to retract himself upon delivery.
The reimbursment is proceeded when the return order is received on the payment methods the Purchaser used.
Orders are sent 72h after the payment reception.
